Not a professional place to work
This a very up and down experience....but mostly down. Brayden is a nice kid but usually bites off more than he can chew. The main reason I'm finally leaving a review is that apparently his warranty means nothing. It has been over a year since he has ''finished'' our patio and the last message I got from him was in April - please note I am writing this review in SEPTEMBER. I can't complain about the work, our yard never looked better; however, communication is lacking and they are hard to get into contact with. Throughout the summer, I found myself constantly having to remind what areas of my yard needed mowing; all things I had brought up during the initial consultation. They were slow to reply to any requests through their client portal and even worse when trying to call. I would leave messages and they never returned my calls. I was looking for help with snow plowing, I have a son that could not shovel or anything. The owner Braden was remarkable, he understood and went above and beyond to help so my son could get out to dr appointments. I would highly recommend the professionalism, courtesy, and most of all kindness. If you need an expert call them you wont be disappointed
Got back to me very quickly with an estimate and scheduled the services promptly. The lawn looks great, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Will be using your business again for any other projects out in the yard. Thanks!
