The food is delicious however the cook times are not accurate for the family meals. We’ve bought the frozen family meals multiple times and cook it as instructed but it always takes up to another 30-45 minutes to finish cooking. I recommend testing your family recipes from frozen and adapting the instructions accordingly. We will probably just buy from the cafe or individual frozen portions going forward.

Great place to grab a healthy meal! I tried a custom bowl and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked with great flavor. They offer pre-made individual meals with macros listed on each package. They also sold shakes, snacks, and packaged protein shake mixes. Staff was friendly and the cafe was very clean. Would highly recommend!
I ordered a coffee and a bowl to be delivered. I wasn't sure what to expect. All my expectations were blown away. I have dietary needs due to some surgeries. I often feel take out is heavy and I can never finish it all. Often i get...To greasy, too big of a serving,etc... Its hard to log what you eat when you cant eat it all. This was perfection.
