Lots of healthy options. They even have prepared meals to go. I got the chicken and ranch flat bread. Sweet potato fries were amazing.
The is an awesome chain, I wish they had more locations, but whenever im close to one this is where I eat

The menu isn’t all appetizing. I’d say 60% good 40% not very good. If you want to eat healthy you can power through it but ultimately it’s not the greatest.
