We love this place! Healthy, convenient, easy to track macros! It’s perfect whether you’re on the go or if you want easy meals already prepped for you. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I’m thankful for the gluten free options and I wish there were more. I would love to know if they use precautions to avoid cross contamination
Ok...this is going to be a problem. Visited two days in a row now. The Arnold is massive and delicious! (Especially with a little Tabasco) Day two was Buffalo Chicken Wrapz...FIRE! The OWNERS CARE! ...and that matters! Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protien all lined out. Buy fresh made, stock up on frozen meal preps...averaging under $10 a meal. Really great concept and execution. Like I said...this place will become a problem for me! I love it!
Got the blackened salmon wrap, it was incredible! Owner is super friendly too and a great concept selling meal prep to people
