Very deceiving, most definitely not a health food store. Maybe an American health food, smoothies have syrup in, cookies at the counter. A better name would be just eats, do not buy into the branding! Some of this food is not even considered food
the food is good. tastes better than any other meal plan sub i’ve used before and it’s local so I don’t have to ship. I’m going to continue using them. My only question is , I do the extra protein, low carb options for every meal , and was wondering if the macros and calories on the label are adjusted for those options or if the stock sticker is put on the meal from the original macros before doing the substitutes. i only ordered once and didn’t get a chance to compare. Usually get their meal prep. Frank is the best he always makes sure everything is perfect. Food in cafe is good as well I’d recommend the arnold burrito!
Over price for little food
