Great meals but the staff and attentiveness to customers is severely lacking. Three weeks in a row that I’ve come in to pick up my meals, for zero staff to be working the counter. I’ve had to yell for help every time.. one time I actually had to walk back into the kitchen to make sure the employee was alive and able to check me out. Clean Eatz clearly is doing well with their delivery in model which is great but it seems like because of that, they’ve given next to zero attention to their in person customer experience.

Currently have been waiting outside the store for over 15 minutes, it should have already been opened but not only is it closed its dark inside. Our order was accepted online but no one is here for us to pick it up.

Basic tables with metal chairs. I've always been happy with the food. However, the service isn't particularly great and the rewards program isn't actually much of an incentive. On multiple visits to this location I've stood waiting for someone to emerge from the back to take my order. While I appreciate the effort to take my order when you'll also be the one preparing it, it would be nice if you did so without having headphones completely covering your ears. I work next to them and grab something from here when I don’t bring lunch. Their food is always so fresh, tasty and fast. Never had a bad meal here. I love the fact the calories are already counted so you know what you’re eating. They definitely found the secret to making healthy taste amazing.
