Found this nice small place online. Was Looking for an easy, healthy lunch and found them. I seen they had received 4.8 stars, so I decided to stop in today. No regrets! Had me a small bowl and Smoothie, both excellent and tasty. Service was great, courteous, friendly. They enhanced my first time expirience here. If you need a healthy bite to eat, this is the place, they will take care of you!Thank you very much, and I'll stop by whenever I am in the area

I will not be going back. Ordered a blueberry lemonade, and as I went into my car, I noticed it was off. I came back in, and I asked the woman at the counter if she used any artificial sweeteners in her drinks and she said yes. Artificial sweeteners are horrible for you at the very least it should've been in the sign or the advertisement or the description of the drink. I stopped in for the first time yesterday and was really impressed! They have tons of healthy options, the staff was super helpful, and the place is spotless. The food was really good too! My favorite part though was the little table they have for kids to color. I came with my 18‑month‑old who never sits still, and having that little spot for him to play made waiting for our food so much more enjoyable. Great spot if you’re on your fitness journey or just looking for a healthy and kid‑friendly option in town!
