Clean Eatz has been a game changer for me. It makes eating healthier easy and a no brainer. The food is always delicious, the desserts are the perfect amount, and the staff is very friendly. Maddie helped me pick out a few new things to try over the weekend.
Would’ve been an easy 5-star review, but there’s one consistent issue: the same employee is working EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come in — and I come in a lot. We’re frequent customers, and she always makes us feel like we’re bothering or annoying her just by ordering. She never smiles, has a noticeably unpleasant attitude, and genuinely seems like she hates being there. A little customer-service training on being more approachable and friendly would go a long way. I’m not sure what happened to the twins who used to work here, but they always provided excellent customer service and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Over my past several visits, however, the service has noticeably declined. It no longer feels as friendly or inviting as it once did, and the quality of the food has become inconsistent. My mom invited me to dinner last night and she suggested this place. I'd never heard of it before and when I looked online, the website made me think it was only a meal prep/delivery kind of thing. I was glad to be wrong! The seating area inside was nice and everything was clean. There was only one person ahead of us so we didn't have to wait much to order and then we seated ourselves. The food was really good. I got the chicken pesto wrap and sweet potato fries and my mom got a medium bowl with chicken, veggies, and the pea... read more
