The Clean Earth Waterscapes team did an amazing job with cleaning our pond. It hadn’t thoroughly cleaned in 5 years and it is now like new. They took great care of our many fish and helped regime some of the extra fish as well. Aaron was very responsive via text and phone and we will be using them annually moving forward. Clean Earth performed a cleaning service on my waterfall/small pond. Cleaning service was fine. I shortened their time by hauling 4 front end loader buckets full of sludge and debris away to save them time. Took off a day of vacation for that. They installed a new pump and it failed a short time after. I felt as though they wanted to point the finger at me, but we had not touched the pump since installed. Great experienced service provider!! Hands down the only reason we are keeping the koi pond that came with our home
Montana and Chevy came to clean our koi pond and get it running. We purchased a home that had been sitting empty for over 4 years so they had their work cut out for them. Morgan was the person I had talked to to schedule and she was great and easy to talk to. Montana and Chevy worked all day cleaning the pond and ended having to come back for one more day to finish up. It looks amazing now that it’s finished and running. This was a great experience. Super easy to communicate with and they did an amazing job.
Aaron and his team went above my expectations. I would highly recommend Clean Earth Waterscapes to all Mt. Juliet pond owners!
