after a hand injury when I was unable to maintain the house (and my husband is elderly) we hired Clean Dreams in September to clean bi-weekly. after a few months they changed our preferred date. two weeks ago I gave 5 days notice to skip one bi-weekly cleaning as our pet had surgery; I was clear in my communication that we'd continue on with services at the next two-week interval. this week I didn't get a confirmation; I sent a text to confirm but no one responded and on the expected cleaning date no one showed up and no one... read more
Was not clean at all when asked to deep clean a house
Clean Dreams is so wonderful... they are professional, on time and so great at what they do. I would suggest anyone to use them ASAP as my home has never sparkled so bright!
We had a deep clean done on our walls and borders, amazing service! 10/10 would recommend.
