I did not have a good experience. My 2 lined Roman shades had mysterious mold spots on the bottom, which I tried to clean but created water stains instead. Mr. Pruyn assured me he could remove all but returned them with large fluid stains in the top areas from his cleaning. He went over them again but returned them with water stains that were not there before especially along the horizontal ribs. Harry and his assistant did a wonderful job on my 2 sets of floor length drapes. They are friendly, efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and the price was extremely reasonable. This was my 3rd time having Harry here.

They arrived and cleaned my blinds and drapes. I could never have done what they did and the result. I have silver metallic drapes with stains and they made hem look new. Actually, better. I loved my drapes more after they cleaned them. My drapes finally shined.

I have saved money by bringing the drapes to them--my drapes are white and show the dirt, so I've done this twice as they need it every year or two. Excellent service, beautiful results.
