Would give zero stars if I could. I just needed the septic system pumped. We’ve had no issues with the system in the 4.5 years we’ve lived here. The technician Josh was in our electrical box which is used to turn the pump on/off and set dosages. It’s the brains of the unit and can cause your system to fail if it’s not set up right. After he left, we realized he turned off the system, which means he turned off the pump. That will cause the light to activate and a siren to go off eventually because water isn’t draining. horrible company. rude on the phone. raises bill without telling you. doesn't tell you about extra charges. and service men relieved himself on my property!!!
