It's 10 days before Christmas 20025 ! Robert 's (The Owner )came to my home in millsboro and he had been here before to flush out my septic. The young boy dug the hole to find the lid Owner watched ,total 20 minutes .The Owner charged 350.00 and off they went .Outrageous . Never Again Totally over Rated
This is the 2nd time I use clean Delaware to pump and clean my septic tanks. What is disappointing is that I had to ask the tech to clean thoroughly because he left a lot of waste in the bottom of the tank. He covered the two tanks with the lids without washing the filter. When I asked him if the filter is cleaned he confirmed yes but I was watching him all the time throughout the whole process. He claimed that it was washed with the septic tanks water!!! I will never use clean Delaware again,.
Absolutely the best I've ever dealt with. My new go to people and fastest response in getting my tank pumped out and risers in within the same day!
This company is fantastic. Responsive! They answer the phone! I know that seems like a little thing but you'd be amazed how many septic companies just send you to voicemail and you have to hope they'll call you back. Clean Delaware answered the phone, Dea was so nice and helpful and able to get us out of a jam quick and easily. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
