Terrible experience when they came to my house, talking to one of the drivers and found out the guy that he working with at my house was on a work release inmates program, and wasn’t too happy working with him as a partner for that day. When I thought to myself wait, you guys have people that are on work release programs from Jail at Clean Delaware and he said yes Clean Delaware does not discriminate on anyone that has records ….. The restrooms were immaculate. We got more compliments on those than the actual event. Delivery and pick up was fast and smooth and the drivers explained everything we needed to know. Great service
They have a very reckless driver who almost hit my car because he was in a lane that ended until the last possible second and then forced his way into my lane. He was driving a truck marked T3 with this companies logo on it. Watch out for this guy on the road. He drives VERY aggressively and is not concerned with the safety of others.
AVOID!!! Or don’t and waste money. That’s your own dumb fault. How can you be bad at collecting trash? It’s comical. Missed pickups are the start of it. The BBB knows about it. I’m gonna make sure the BBB gets a complaint about itself. Trash at trash. Come get your dumb trash cans.
Have been been using Clean Delaware for over a decade! The response we got from calling them first thing in the morning with a possible pump problem was great. The same day we received the service and confidence that our system just needed to be drained, which was done. Once again Clean Delaware's response and expertise was superb!!!
