Family environment but I professional. Unless you're a long time regular, it's hard to get an appointment because they have a very strong customer base do you pretty much have to get in where you fit in. Neal hooks my bae up every time we come in. They also have a sissy in the back, hey babe is April and I love her! She the first that had done my locs and I had nothing to critique when she was done. I just hope next time she washed my hair she takes more time on it lol.
