My friend got a great haircut last week and recommend this barber. I called around noon to get address, only to end up near downtown St. Paul after a 40 minute drive. WRONG ADDRESS! Called him again, and he said South St.Paul, and to park in the back. I finally found his location, but couldn't find the parking due to road construction.
