Update: The owner has since responded and offered to honour the raffle voucher in the spring and add a lawn service. I’m happy to proceed and will update again once the service is completed. Original review: I won a free fall clean-up (valued at $300) through a raffle hosted by another local Bracebridge business. I won a free fall clean-up (valued at $300) through a raffle hosted by another local Bracebridge business. When I called to redeem it, they told me they’d schedule me in and get back to me. They never did. I followed up twice by phone (left messages both times), once by email, and once on Instagram. No response on any platform.
Unfortunately, the winter season has now passed, but I did want to inform other potential clients that I would not recommend Clean Cut Property Care for their winter snow removal services. Of the 7 times they came to the house, the steps and sidewalk to our front door were shovelled only 3 times. Then we had to call them 2 different times to come to the house for snow removal at the house (driveway at least). By then, we decided to hire a different snow removal company and have not regretted that decision—over the remainder ... read more
