One of their employees was cutting grass at a location that I pick up mail from. There was a lot of leaves on the ground, so when they were mowing, there was a whole lot of leaf dust flying thru the air. I had parked my car, gotten out to walk up the sidewalk, and instead of him continuing mowing the area further away from me, he decided to mow close to where I was walking and my car, blowing all that dust on me and into my car.
