I needed landscape work done with a certain timeframe. I called on Thursday and the lady that set my appt, set it for the next Monday morning. No problem, she said the work could still get done within that week. Nick the general manager showed up Friday morning, which was great! He said he would email me and go from there. Now I’ve been calling and getting no response, no email has came. If they couldn’t get the work done in the week that fine, be honest do I can go elsewhere. Yard was not done to owners specifications. Demanded money before any work was done . Then demanded more money's, before work was finished. Now they won't finish the job .
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!! I requested a quote for landscaping. One of their representatives went to my location the next day & surveyed what was needed. I waited over 4 weeks to receive a formal quote which never came. I called to follow up on it twice and was told the Operations Manager was putting the finishing touches on it. If they didn't want my business they should have told me upfront.
I am so glad that I found Clean Cut Lawn. His crew was efficient and brings my yard in new design. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Did a great job! I definitely recommend their service.
