I have never used them but their message service uses the name of an employee, Beth Reid, who left over a year ago. Is this deception or oversight? If it is an oversight it doesn’t give much credibility to their “attention to detail.”
No, no and nope. Liars. They 100% will sell u a warranty for trees that is transferable then lie. I don't and never will do buisness with people that lie to my face. I have the paperwork for the warranties and spoke with the previous owner to make 100% sure he and I were on the same page and your company lied to my face. As a new resident to Ohio welcome huh. Do better. Be better.
