Found Decks on Point through the TimberTech website, after having three other (local) contractors come out. They were all vague on pricing and really didn't offer much help with design. Carter made an appointment for a day or two after initial contact and showed up as promised. We had Decks on Point build our new deck. Carter Oyler's crew were hard workers and a nice group of men. We did have one issue that Carter resolved. We ended up with a solid and maintenance free deck that we will enjoy in the years to come.
We had a handrail that was required to be installed by our home insurance (company) or they would drop us. We received the letter on July 4th and had until the 31st to get it installed. I assume this is the busiest time of year for contractors and they were able to come out provide a quote and get the job completed by the deadline! Very appreciative of their work.
It’s refreshing to find a company who delivers what they promise! We now have a beautiful deck! A crew of hardworking, polite and professional men. Kept to the schedule and was able to respond and troubleshoot issues very quickly. We will not hesitate to work with them for future deck projects. Highly recommend!
