Carter and his team were so great to work with from the start of our project. They worked rain or shine, and were great communicating updates along the way. Carter was quick to address any concerns/questions we had, and we could not be happier with the finished product!
We contracted with Decks on Point to rebuild our existing deck. Carter and his team are top notch! Ten out of ten! We had Decks on Point add a second story deck with stairs to our home. Carter is extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The crew was on time daily, efficient, friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication was updated throughout the project so we always knew what to expect and they were super receptive to any ideas and answered all questions thoroughly. The customer service was amazing. We would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again.
Carter, Caleb and the whole team were awesome! They started right before we got 10”-12” of snow so that slowed the process down but they actually came out and cleared the snow and created a work area to get the project finished! I do need to mention that the temperatures were always between 0-20 degrees! They are very deliberate and thorough in their work and the quality of the deck shows this. They also added many small touches to improve it. We are very pleased with the deck and can’t wait for good weather to enjoy it!
We had our entire back deck completely remade, and Carter and his team did a wonderful job! He was easy to work with, communicative, and prompt. Not only did they do a fantastic job for the actual construction, but Carter was great to work with on finalizing details of the design, exchanging sketch up concepts to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted.
