UPDATE: Responding to the company's reply to my post. Your reply is utter nonsense. The guys onsite are constantly in and out and carry phones with them. They make and take phone calls and are fully reachable. The problem is that you don't attempt to think from the customer's point of view and formulate procedures and communication to support a great customer experience. Efficient and professional services
ANOTHER UPDATE: I had a furnace company come out to try and service my furnace, which is in the attic. The furnace could not be serviced because there is too much insulation around the furnace unit. I want to say thanks to the guys who came out and cleaned our crawl space, sanitized it and laid down a new vapor barrier. That is difficult and dirty work so my hat is off to them! They got a little later start than planned in the afternoon but stayed until the entire job was done and didn't skimp because it was getting late. Additional thanks to Belinda who came out and did the estimate (she's also very knowledgable about pests) and everyone else I spoke to at the company. We thought they were great until we had an inspection the day after they "finished" their work. The inspection of our crawl space revealed a large puncture in one of the ducts. This puncture (shown in photo) was not noted in their initial inspection nor was it noted when they left the space. When I contacted them about it the day after, they said "Oh, we don't fix that.
