Quite friendly people. The owner clearly has been in the carpet cleaning business for years and years and is quite knowledgeable.
These guys just saved us! We were traveling to San Francisco in my brother's new car when we stopped for some orange juice at McDonald's. We were handed the cup at the drive through but the lid wasn't on right and it dropped all over the seat in this BORROWED (and new) car. Augh!! Noooo!! The Nagy family came to our rescue! He came right away to help us out. His sweet wife even sent him with a towel for us to keep to sit on (yes, our pants are saturated in oj for the rest of the drive.)
