We were getting married a few weeks ago and were planning a very small wedding at a house. We decided to pursue getting a private chef vs. some cookie cutter catering company. We had a lovely experience with Andrew - from menu planning to clean up, the communication was seamless and he was a consummate professional! The food was soooo delicious (I’m still thinking about that filet mignon!) and he even made specific cocktails for us. Highly recommend!

Chef Andrew provided services for my graduation party, including a personalized menu that featured restaurant-quality appetizers and entrees. We supplemented with Wegmans catering -- due to the size of the party -- but his dishes flew off the platters, leaving us with nothing but Wegmans leftovers at the party's conclusion. I can't rave enough about the care and quality that he delivers through each dish. I recommend him and him alone for parties of any size and style!
