They did a great job. Very happy with our heat pump. Edit : I forgot to edit this review. It worked great for 2 weeks then it wouldn't even heat the room it was in even though the following week was warmer. I contacted the owner and he came as soon as he could, told me someone would come fix it in a few days. The person who fixed it said my house was too big for the unit and didn't fix anything. These guys have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. When we first made contact they were able to come by for a quote within a couple days, and were able to answer any questions I had via email or phone very quickly.
