I recently moved into a condo downtown and could tell right away the previous owners never cleaned the vents. Every time the AC turned on, there was this dusty smell that wouldn’t go away. The technicians were super friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done without making it feel overwhelming. They worked quickly but still paid attention to every detail. After the cleaning, the whole place felt fresher and way more comfortable to live in. I’m honestly really impressed with the difference.

Every time the heat kicked on, I could hear a rattling sound in the walls near the stairs. Gideon performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found a loose screw and a marble in the duct. He removed the debris and cleaned the rest of the system to ensure a smooth and quiet airflow. He also checked the air handler to make sure everything was tightened down and secure.
