We selected Clean Choice because they are eco-friendly and with a baby crawling around that was very important to us. We were thrilled to learn that the products they use are non-toxic and will not harm our pets or family. They showed up on time and were courteous and extremely professional. We hired Clean Choice to clean our carpets, wood, tile, and upholstery when we moved into our new home. Everything looks brand new! After doing some research we decided to hire Clean Choice because they were one of the few eco-friendly companies in the area and really focused on being pet and child safe. After a prearranged appointment for carpet cleaning, Clean Choice of Elkridge, MD never showed up. This after all furnishings had been removed, and all rooms were readied for cleaning. Additionally, the staff who notified me that the cleaners were running 3 hours late told me "to take a breath" when we discussed the tardiness of their cleaning crew. Absolutely atrocious customer service - turned out to be no service.
