Great fresh fish but they do not know how to take the skin off. Wasted 1/4 pound leaving that much on the skin. Horrible Halibut at $85 pound
Edit: they got a new supplier and no longer have salmon belly. Still pretty high quality, but honestly not worth the very high price just for normal salmon. Although the staff is still really good. Only place that consistently has salmon belly in Charlotte. Always very high quality, staff is always friendly and does a great job skinning the fish, well worth the money.
