I called them before the summer, I was told to use their website and make an appointment, so I did exactly that, paid in full, waited 2 months for my appointment, cleared my schedule, took everything out of my car, just to be told they were fully booked up until next year and the website accepted my appointment because of a "tech problem", and for me to schedule another appointment "next year". The only thing they could do for me was give me a refund, so I waited 2 full months while I could have already gotten my car detaile... read more
