This is a very busy car wash and resulting in a capacity problem. At any given time or hour there are always 6 to 10 cars in line for the touchless car wash. This results in a 40 to 50 minute wait for a car wash, which is totally ridiculous . The wait is nearly an hour every day, not just on weekends. To make matters worst, many times after you already have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes, the carwash goes out of service. I stood in line yesterday for 30 minutes and it went out of service. Great car wash and super fast, with no line you're done in under 5 minutes. Helpful, friendly people.
Prestige is the spot i always come for the free vacuum. Local good service especially Nathan at the shrewsbury location. Great people and great service.
Best Vacuums around. Plenty of stations so no long waits.
The car wash is too busy to get value out of unlimited. It would be helpful if they had more than one touch free wash. Also touch free cat wash is mediocre at best at cleaning my vehicle. I go just about every other day and the car always looks like it needs another wash immediately after I wash. Have had better outcomes with other competitors
