Greetings! Although Andrew did an excellent job! We were not satisfied with the scheduling .... although we were told that things could come up and to be flexible... we were given a 12:15 appointment time... and that our guy could show up as early as 1030.. and as late as 130 and that he would text when he was on his way.... he did... however there was no indication as to how far out he was from our home... we appreciated a picture of him in the text!
