So bought a hot tub from that My Hot Tub store at the mall. I wouldn’t suggest it first of all. The only service company they use locally is Clean All. Let me tell you that they were nothing short of amazing. Wren who always takes the calls went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I give this team 5 stars and if I could give Wren 10 I would. Wish they were all like Clean All
Get your chlorine for your pool or any of your pool needs they service the pool. You can also get stuff for your car detailing center in there also so you can get two things for one Erie boulevard Syracuse

Exceptional knowledge in gunite pools and chemistry in general. Great customer service.
We hired Clean All to close out our hot tub. Technician tore off our top latches when conducting the work and left without a word. When we informed the company, they apologized and agreed to provide a free opening spa service. Reached out to schedule the opening service on several occasions over the course of two months and never received an email or call back. This company is inexperienced and doesn't live up to their word. Would avoid at all costs.
