Absolutely DoNot hire this company. The first year dealing with them was great. 2026 has been nothing but unprofessional, and lies. 1st appointment was canceled and rescheduled by company. Appointment day, company did not show or call. Multiple phone calls were made, eventually the owner Sev came out, I explained the unprofessionalism and miscommunication and also showed a picture of the pool before I skimmed it. I'd leave no stars but that isn't an option. They took my information for a repair and would not call me back. I called 3 times over a month. It is just common courtesy. Just say you don't want the work. Strong Spas recommended them since my hot tub is still under warranty. Strong Spas even tried to get them to call me. So by the time I'm done wrangling with them I've lost 30 days of my part warranty and now trying to find someone else to do the repair.

Absolutely horrible service on pool opening. Inexperienced on every level with the kicker being not clamping the hose from the pump to the filter. I had to place the ladder again as it was not properly installed and had to install the rails myself. Went away for the weekend and come home to a semi drained pool and a very wet (already saturated) yard. I will not use this company again as they caused me too much stress this year. Not I have to spend more money on salt to get the pool back to correct levels. Not sure if there i... read more
