Cheaply made fire hazard!!!! I purchased a clean air fireplace brand new from bbq galore last winter when i got it the screws around the fan and back plate were loose Roughly every two months I have to retighten them This year My house almost burnt down Because a incorrectly sized “tech” screw holding the airflow plate in place fell half way out preventing me from shutting a fire down that was burning so hot the firebox and chimney started to glow How these fireplaces pass Australian standards is beyond me

Great when they were Australian Made (in Sunbury). Mow they are made in China (i Believe) and they are nowhere near as good. I put in a few of them from Sunbury and was happy to pay more for a local product. Shame they had to sell out.

Horrible, smokey, temperamental heater. Much better brands out there. Had this one for nearly ten years now, smokey even from new, & even after the chimney was recently cleaned still touchy to light. Never had problems with the other brand units at my parents house. Currently shopping for a replacement.
