Disappointed is an understatement, I called this company as they had good reviews and personally didn't have the time to do the cleaning for my dryer vent myself. Company came out and claimed that the vent was cleaned, only to have them come out a second time and a huge clog was pulled out a second attempt. The owner is very dishonest beware
The most dishonest business owner I have ever done business with. Tried to help his business grow offering a nice advertisement that he signed and agreed too. Says he didn’t have his checkbook to pay so I did what I never do anymore and took his word that he would pay me $400. Had me come back multiple times to get a check and first time his store was locked up. Says come back tomorrow which I did which was an hour drive to find out at 10am he was still sleeping.
