Driver was driving 40 in a 60 side by side another person going 40 in a 60. Clearly I was trying to pass and a little annoyed because this caused us to miss an easily catchable light. He then brake checked me and sped up to 13 kmph over the limit and continued at 13 kmph over the limit (showing he was clearly capable and not carrying a heavy load or something...probably texting).
