I called Clean Air Restoration today to discuss a recent water leak I had in my attic to my first floor. I couldn’t have been more pleased by how thorough and kind Tony Mathis was to deal with on this issue. He was punctual and checked multiple areas of concern in our home and gave us some very good information regarding water damage. He was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and very thorough. The whole team took special efforts to keep the outside of my house as clean as the inside during the restoration. Cesar was very informative from the beginning to the completion of the job and Brook kept checking regularly to make sure that everything was going as planned. The are the BEST!
I never post reviews, but I can't let this situation go without warning people, in hopes that someone else can avoid the situation we've gone through. There's many other Mold Remediation companies in Houston that you can use, don't use this one. We were mislead from the beginning, falling for a sales pitch that was too good to be true. From the minute I chose Clean Air over a huge franchise, I knew I had made the right choice. Our childcare flooded with over 13,000 feet of damaged space. They sent out a huge crew the night of the flood and were the most respectful and well managed team. The GM Jarrod was there every step of the way. The team actually seemed to enjoy helping get us back on our feet. I would highly recommend them!
