Very disappointing experience other than the fact that the technicians were nice. No before and after pictures as promised. Left numerous rooms in the house and the basement coated in dust and debris from the duct cleaning. Called and received no follow-up. Definitely would not recommend.

I scheduled Clean Air Pros to clean all my vents and deodorize the system. As you can see in the photos that I took afterwards they didn’t do a very good job of cleaning the system and also did not deodorize the system. I was on vacation at the time so I wasn’t at the house when they were there. I let them know that the system wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and they came back a couple days later and cleaned the trunk lines again. Now the system is clean.
