Today Brandon came to clean the ductwork and all vents in my home. Lived in this house for 36 years and NEVER had any ductwork cleaning done. Brandon was so meticulous as he worked, he covered his shoes while he was in my home, put drop cloths down and cleaned up everything after he was done! And BONUS cleaned my dryer vents as well!! Excellent job!!!! Totally recommend Brandon if you are interested in getting your ductwork cleaned!
Last week I noticed my neighbors had Clean Air Property Solutions come out to clean their air ducts. I saw the technicians packing up and I asked about the services they provide. Very thorough job for dryer vent cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for next year, too. They cleaned from outside vent but also moved my dryer out and checked behind it. On time, very professional.
An HVAC company that I just used to install a new heat pump system in our home, ECI Comfort, recommended Clean Air Property Solutions to clean out dust buildup in the ductwork serving our new heat pump system. Two gentlemen, Brandon and Sean, arrived on time to do the job which only took a couple hours. They were very courteous and mindful of keeping our home clean.
