Bob and his technician came out to do a Dryer Vent clean. They arrived right on time..explained the process in a way I can understand.. Very informative and was really cool to see the pictures of what they did. They removed 5 gal of debris!!.No wonder clothes weren't drying!!! Great and friendly with excellent customer service. Bob even offered to hook up my new dryer which I didn't have them do but goes to show they go above and beyond. Highly recommend! They were very professional, efficient and the customer service was over the top! We bought an old house that desperately needed TLC and a good cleaning. Just look at the pictures, they say it all.
