Andy is a thief. He’s been paid over $2000 and never provided service to my properties. He’s blamed it on bad weather, children’s sickness, and deaths in the family, and has stopped responding to calls, emails, and texts. I’ll be hiring an attorney and suing for my money back. Worst business I’ve ever worked with

I hired Andy at Clean Air Lawn Care back in May. We signed a contract that stipulated I would receive a certain number of mows, bed maintenances, and other lawn services (e.g., fertilizer, lime, etc) over the course of the year. Fast forward to now (Aug 2nd) and I've received less than a quarter of the services in my contract. Yet I'm still being billed monthly - and received another charge yesterday! - despite the fact that I explicitly asked over 3 weeks ago to no longer be charged as I am not receiving service. Unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had with a business. I paid 1 year in advance for mowing and weeding. Has not shown up for the work and won’t respond to emails. I’ve asked for refund and get no reply. I don’t recommend using this service!! I’m out several thousand dollars at this point.
