I was very unhappy with this carpet cleaning service. They advertised as affordable and reliable, but the hidden fees made the cost unreasonable. The workers didn’t seem trained and did a sloppy job overall. Some stains were still there, and the carpet felt sticky afterward. My living room smelled damp and unpleasant for days. I called to complain, but they didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
I noticed streaks and lines left across the carpet. It’s uneven and looks like someone half-heartedly vacuumed it.
This was the best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had. They delivered excellent results quickly and left my home smelling clean and fresh.
The carpets look completely renewed after the cleaning. The team was courteous and worked very efficiently. I am extremely happy with the results.
Fantastic job! I had pet stains and odors, but they completely disappeared after the cleaning.
