This company provided one of the worst cleaning services I’ve had. The workers acted like they were in a hurry and didn’t clean thoroughly. Stains were still visible, and the carpets didn’t look fresh at all. The drying time was much longer than promised. Customer support was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like a waste of money and energy.
I was very unhappy with this carpet cleaning service. They advertised as affordable and reliable, but the hidden fees made the cost unreasonable. The workers didn’t seem trained and did a sloppy job overall. Some stains were still there, and the carpet felt sticky afterward. My living room smelled damp and unpleasant for days. I called to complain, but they didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
I noticed streaks and lines left across the carpet. It’s uneven and looks like someone half-heartedly vacuumed it.
