These trucks are absolutely the worst. Not only do they tear through the neighborhood with their driving, the sound is louder than anything I've ever heard. It's insane. I hear it over head phones. I don't believe they can be "clean" if they have trucks that sounds like the inside of jack hammer through a megaphone.

Pretty sure the restaurant in my building has been specifically requesting them to visit post 9am repeatedly but they start their roaring operation at 7;30am in a small residential street. It's an extended and a disruptive sound. A b2b experience aside, it's clear they lack the care towards the rest of community they service- disappointing.

Poor customer service. I called to cancel my accounts and the answer was “Ok”. They don’t care on the reason why, try to retain customers, nothing. But my main concern is that technician NEVER made a note to get maintenance in our main drain system. 2 weeks after they came, our sewer was backing up and the grease trap had about half an inch of grease build up to the wall. CLEAN AIR GROUP NYC must find a way to have their service trucks not sound like a 747 ready for take off on a city street for over a half hour. Change the company name to NOISE POLLUTION GROUP NYC. Are you kidding me??!!!
