Genuinely the loudest most obnoxious sound I have ever heard and it takes them over an hour to do what they’re doing. Literally making city life unlivable
Extremely loud vehicle — please address the noise issue and find a way to minimize it. The sound is intense enough to make your ears ring.
We have been using NYC Clean Air Group for years without a single hiccup. They are one of those vendors who you hire and don’t need to spend time thinking about again. We switched away from them for one cycle, and it seemed like the replacement vendor was all that we focused our time on for that month. Lesson learned. When you have quality, stay with quality, and comparing the competition, NYC Clean Air Group is the highest quality.
These trucks are absolutely the worst. Not only do they tear through the neighborhood with their driving, the sound is louder than anything I've ever heard. It's insane. I hear it over head phones. I don't believe they can be "clean" if they have trucks that sounds like the inside of jack hammer through a megaphone.
