I received a fair price, outstanding customer service and a prompt response. I couldn't ask for better. Albert explained everything and showed the before and after pictures. Even without the pictures I suspected what it might look like in the vents. When he took off a return, it was horrifying (it looked like someone sheared a sheep and placed it in the return).
