JJ did a great job. He arrived on time and did a professional job at the agreed affordable price. He took the necessary care to do the job right the first time. CAD of Wesley Chapel will now be our go to company for duct and dryer vent cleaning.

JJ told me to text him with my name and address after confirming an appointment. I should’ve been proactive I guess in obtaining an additional confirmation after providing my information but didn’t expect to have to do that with a seemingly professional company. He then ignored a text the day before the appointment and the day of the appointment. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time. I’d leave zero stars if I could.

The reviews are just great. Almost too good. I looked at the address you have listed and clean...clean sure is not there!

They told me they cleaned every vent and return in my home. But when I checked the basement and a couple less-used rooms, it was clear those hadn’t even been touched. When I confronted them, they claimed I was “mistaken.” I know what clean vents look like and these weren’t. Do not trust this company.

This company is wonderful in their professionalism and very quick in their work. They were so thorough in their cleaning my dryer air vent that one of them showed me a piece of the amount of lint they took out: the size of a small carpet sample (he even asked if I'd like to keep it!)! It is so refreshing to have this kind of friendliness and great quality of work available, thanks to Clean Air Duct Cleaning. Thank you!
