You know this marks my 10th year as a customer of Clean Air Columbia. I've been trying to remember how many different houses and businesses I've had them come out to. It's definitely more than 5 different locations, some of them twice I always breathe better after Steve and his Son have been by. I can't recommend them enough.
Dylan showed up right on time. He was very professional. He discovered I had an issue with my ductwork, worked to identify the issue and provided a solution. I asked if they could do the repair and I was sent a qoute within an hour. Great customer serive and pricing!
Excellent service. Technicians were very nice and explained everything they worked on and showed us pictures. And I felt like the cost matched the work that was done!
We have used Clean Air for duct cleaning twice and to say I’m pleased would be an understatement. With the excessive heat in mid-MO this summer, running the AC as low as 64 at night in order to be comfortable in highest level bedroom, condensation had collected in the runs. That had created a stinky mildewy odor throughout the house. I’m highly sensitive to many things with asthma so we just completed our recent dust cleaning and microbial fogging of the runs.
