Of every contractor in the area specializing in asbestos work, Jonathon was the only one who promptly replied and followed up exactly as he said he would. He actually billed me for less than what he initially quoted me, and the work was done with one hundred percent success! Personally, I would never call any other contractor in the area for any asbestos issues besides Clean Air. Other places only prove to be a waste of time, and therefore in all livelihood - money, as well!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Clean Air Asbestos and Mold Control, LLC. After paying them nearly $20,000 for asbestos removal, I discovered that their work was incomplete, unsafe, and not in compliance with EPA, OSHA, or IDPH regulations as stated in their contract. Not only did they leave large amounts of asbestos (vermiculite) in my attic, but they also used equipment that is not appropriate for asbestos removal, leading to potential airborne exposure risks.
