Mr. Sem did an incredible job, I cleaned the A/C ducts, he did it great and he is also very kind.

After the air duct cleaning, I noticed loud noises coming from the vents that weren’t there before. When I contacted customer support, they ignored my calls and never followed up.
I was quoted one price on the phone, but once they arrived, the cost suddenly increased with vague explanations. The upselling felt dishonest, and I regret hiring this company.
The technicians arrived late and seemed unprepared. They didn’t explain the process, skipped several vents, and left dirt and debris around my house. Very unprofessional experience overall.
