The service was excellent! I put in the request and heard back from someone within an hour and then they were able to come out and service our dryer and vents that same day! Everything got cleaned out and the technician Mike was able to get the dryer up and running again. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he found and what he did to fix the dryer issues. Even the scheduling person Amy was super professional and helpful so the experience all around was amazing!!
He was very polite, advised what he would have to do and how long it would take to perform the cleaning. He even tolerated me following him around asking multiple questions. He was very thorough and advised us about what we should expect to happen after the cleaning. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund for a pest guard/vent that was installed not up to code. At this point, I don't expect to see it. I hope this is the same business, as the phone numbers lines up with Vent Cleaning.
