Disappointed, dropped off my blazer during the week and picked it up today since it would be ready by noon. I arrived home to find holes on left sleeve, about five or six holes, two being big and visible. I thought the items are inspected before it is placed for pick up, I would have appreciated being informed of the damage that was done instead of seeing it myself. I will never take any clothing here especially given the fact that I was a new customer and read good reviews of the location. The blazer is woven fabric.

I love this business, I will never go to another dry cleaner again! Not only are they extremely affordable (literally 1/2 to 1/3 less expensive than Fashion Cleaners right down the street) they are so unbelievably kind and patient with an inexperienced customer like myself. I brought in a few items to be altered and a badly stained bridesmaid dress. I'm sure they're inexpensive and friendly but I went in today to get a Hem on my pants and the lady there wouldn't do it because I didn't know the length and wanted me to go home, safety pin it myself!!WAIT WHAT!!!???
