Todd came on a Tuesday, took all five blinds down and returned them on Thursday. They had never been cleaned and were nearly 20 years old. They came back looking brand new. I had forgotten what colour they were. Great service. I would highly recommend them.
Petra dealt with my telephone enquiry and was friendly, good natured and amusing. Todd came to my house and fixed my broken blinds more quickly and at less cost than I had expected. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
Susan (Susanne?) is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We've had two Hunter Douglas top-down/bottom-up blinds repaired here and the service is timely. I would give six stars if that was an option.
Hello Suzzane, Kathi and I had the pleasure of meeting you today. Your service in fixing our Hunter Douglas blind was outstanding! You treated us like family realizing we had driven in from Barrie to have our blind restrung. We were in an out in less than an hour. Now back in our apartment, the blind is up and looks great.
