I was a long-time customer of this carwash, a few years I may add. Never had an issue besides the mediocre tire shine application at the end of the wash. Today that Karwash Karen changed that. Not only did KK instigated the confrontation, like a true Karen, she played the victim. Once KK jumped out of her newly purchased Lincoln after I blew my horn for her to move up, I jumped out right behind her.
