Joy was so helpful! I came in for my sister’s wedding - which is tomorrow- looking for a belt. I had no photos of the dress but knew it was white. Joy helped me look over all the possibilities and even helped me find extra ribbon to ensure it was big enough! Thank you so much for all the help. It will really help make the dress pop!

Went here recently. A friend was berated here for saying the bride had time to play and look at shapes. The woman pushed to buy day of even though the bride has almost a year. The consultant got very angry at that- threatened to kick her out of the store. Terrible sales lady- controlling and bitter. Hopefully other consultants here are not this way. I suggest trying Redux in Pinecrest or Galleria off Wilson Mills instead.

Very odd and disappointing experience. Went with my niece for her appointment to try on wedding dresses expecting a light and fun time. Unfortunately, the consutant made it a very uncomfortably awkward experience for all of us. The best way I can explain her behavior is she was a control freak. Not sure how else to say it. She left no room for anyone else's opinions on dress suggestions and boxed everyone else out of the whole experience with the bride, including the mother. I had such a great experience here, between my consultant being very attentive to my needs and wants and the selection of dresses to try on. Not to mention the price being more reasonable than most places I stopped. Thank you for being such an amazing part of my wedding!
